How to Use
In the Quilt Width field, enter the number of inches your quilt measures from left to right.
In the Quilt Length field, enter the number of inchest your quilt measures from top to bottom.
In the Backing Fabric Width field, enter the number of inches your backing fabric measures from selvage to selvage (also known as width of fabric).
In the Overage field, enter the number of inches you need the backing to extend past the quilt for each side. (For example, if you need all 4 sides to each have an overage of 5”, enter 5.)
Click the Calculate button.
Results listed tell you approximately how much yardage will be required for your quilt.
