Honey Bread

This recipe is designed for use in a bread machine. If desired, you can use the same ingredients to make your own dough and then bake in an oven at 350 for 20 minutes lightly covered with foil, then 20 minutes uncovered.


Ingredients

  • 300mL Water

  • 100g Honey

  • 50g Butter

  • 11.2g Salt

  • 544g Bread Flour

  • 7.5g Rapid Rise (or Instant) Yeast

Directions

  • Add wet ingredients & salt to bread machine

  • Add dry ingredients to bread machine

  • Set bread machine to ‘Normal’ cycle on ‘light’ color for a ‘2 lb’ loaf.

  • Wait 3 hours and enjoy!
